Now named fox's chip shop But excellent service friendly staff especially carly. the food was freshly cooked hot and good size the area was kept clean & very filling better than Harry Ra?sden 10 out of 10

Large cod freshly cooked. Wasn't expecting 2 pieces. Guess it wouldn't have fit on the tray otherwise. Couldn't fault it. My preference is for beans cos don't do mushy peas.

Wow between the 5 of us we tried the fish, batter burger, pie and footlong batter sausage All were bloody amazing Chips were perfect along with thick curry and gravy Highly recommend if in the area

Popped in on my way home from work because they had a special for haddock and chips. Food was great, fish was perfectly crispy. And for the price £4.50 the portion size was just right. Definitely recommend if you don't have a huge appetite or a huge budget for lunch.

Just had fish chips and mushy peas. Best I've had in ages. Normally I can't eat all the fish as it's just too greasy but not here i ate it all!! Frying new potatoes too. Amazing!

We usually eat at the pirate based fish and chip shop 2 doors away but due to being extremely busy we headed into Harry Ramsbottom's shop instead. Offering outside or inside dining (we opted for the latter) we purchased our meals which were freshly cooked. I opted for cod and chips and my wife went for Haddock, chips gravy (both sauces included in price). Fish on both were beautifully cooked and a nice size. Now we come to price. Cod meal £6.95 with Haddock meal £5.95 both an absolute bargain. One slight niggle is to get a drink you have to go to the outside cafe. Overall though extremely impressed by the food and cost- Service

Fantastic fish and chip shop. Not been to Skegness for over 20 years so didn’t know where was the best place to go. Great place as large under shelter outside seating area so perfect with the dog but also shelter from the wind (mid October) Food was cooked to order so had to wait 5-10minutes but as the food was piping red hot didn’t mind at all.
Can't fault anything. All is top notch. What lovely staff especially our friendly purple haired server, who was the stand out person for us in the whole of our stay in Skeggy. Thank you for looking after us & making us feel so welcome. See you again soon.

What a lovely chippy, fantastic chips and great selection of food at very good prices. Lots of room inside and outside for sitting relaxing and enjoying. Staff friendly and helpful. We'll worth a visit.
Fed the family of 5 for less than £23. The Haddock was the tastiest weve had all week and the best price weve found. The pies are very good aswell

We visited Sunday 16th January, they were really busy so there was quite a queue, but it was definitely worth the wait. I had cod, chips and mushy peas and they were genuinely the best I've had in a really long time.
Food always cooked fresh good prices on all food .. lovely friendly staff very clean shop inside and out with out door sitting area .. the fish always cooked to perfection .. can wait to come back .

Good portion of fish n chips. Tasty very hot and cooked to order. Yummy. A few starlings popping up on the tables
Cod and chips with curry sauce, five star food, served simply and very cleanly. Reasonable portion size. Would eat here again.

We're do I start I'm sat outside the chippy now while writing this it's that bad the sausage as u can see it burnt on the outside and the inside Mushy the fish was so tough and thin and not cooked some chips was raw pictures and videos don't lie my wife went back in to complain and all they did was refund us £2.40 what a insult to us this place needs to be shut down food like that can seriously make someone ill good luck explaining this to health and safety food hygiene agency
